The Royal Canadian offers a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk from the boardwalk, and found the rooms pretty spacious for a family, the cleanliness was less than ideal. I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, but the overall condition of the rooms left a lot to be desired, especially regarding the linens and humidity. For a family getaway on a budget, it’s a decent option, but cleanliness was a major concern.

Our stay was a mix of highs and lows. The location was spot on, just a couple blocks from the boardwalk, which made it easy to enjoy everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help. However, the comfort of the beds left much to be desired, and the noise from outside was pretty disruptive at night. I had a fun getaway despite some drawbacks. The pool area was well-kept, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. However, the room arrangement was not ideal, as we struggled with temperature controls between the two rooms. Also, my experience at the Royal Canadian was a nightmare; dirty rooms and poor maintenance made it unbearable, and I left early for my sanity. I would not recommend this place.
